On 29 October 2013 at the conference room of  Nowy Dom Poselski  in Warsaw  there was a debate entitled:

“The Optimal Model of Public Funding for a Solar Programme in Poland Benefiting Beneficiaries, Producers and the Environment”.

The debate was organised by the Centre for Supporting Non-Governmental Initiatives and the Parliamentary Group on Sustainable Development – Ecology, Energy, Tourism and the Economy chaired by Polish MP Tomasz Głogowski.

  • Marek Zieliński – Deputy President of the Board, Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Poznań,
  • Janusz Starościk – President of the Board of the Association of Producers and Importers of Heating Appliances,
  • Katarzyna Motak – representative of the Association of Employers of the Renewable Energy Forum
  • Jan  Woźny  – Deputy Starost of Sucha Beskidzka
  • Paweł Dyrcz – Project Coordinator

 

The representatives of the poviat spoke about the programme involving the assembly of solar collectors presenting the technical and economic aspects of the project.
