Meetings with the programme participants

 

I. Information about meetings is circulated in the following way:

 

1. The initial date and place of the meeting is set about two weeks before the works start in a given commune
2. The date and place of the meeting is confirmed as the works are in progress
3. Phone calls about the date and place of the meeting
4. Information about the date and place of the meeting during Sunday service in church
